  Compression Difficulties

  I have a 17-minute video project that I would like to cut down to a reasonable file size (around 50MB would be great). Unfortunately, to get even close to that, I sacrifice waaay too much quality. I’ve been using Quicktime Sorenson 3 and I’ve fiddled with the data rates and frame rates. So far, I haven’t found a great solution yet. I know I’ve see much higher quality results with smaller file sizes out there. Any suggestions? Thanks.

  If you insist on using Quicktime, then get Sorenson Squeeze so you have the Pro codec. Otherwise use WM9 files.
