I just began digitizing on premiere 7.0 with a sony dcr-trv330..I was fine for about an hour and then the audio started slowing in preview and whe nI would go to capture new clips it said the capture failed and dv device lost connection..When closing and reopening the capture window it would recognize my camera, the audio would still play back slow but I was able to control all scrubbing functions from the screen, however the same responce would come back when trying to capture new clips..Any suggestions and help would be appreciated..Thanks. Al

It could be a firewire cable problem. Also, make sure the deck is the only thing plugged in the firewire ports.

Honestly, if all fails, I would go get a version of Scenalizer, or even download the free WINDV.
