  PAL Colour Bars 75% or 100%

  Hi,

  I have to output a short program to PAL Digibetacam using PP2 and a decklink SDi card. Does anyone know what it the correction lever for the colour bars 75% or 100%? The default PP bars are at 75%, but the test bars that come with Decklink are 100% (I can see this in the vectorscope).

  So the question is what is the correct level to have colour bars for broadcast TV in a Pal country like Australia 75% or 100%?
