  15Meg video export question

  Hello there]

  I need to be able to export video at 15Mbit/s. Does anyone know of a way i can do this. I have premiere and Sorenson. Is either of these programs able to do it.

  15 Mbps is very high for any SD output. What is the purpose of this video output?
