  Audio randomly Drops for few seconds

  Hi,

  I use Adobe Premiere 2, with Blackmagic Decklink extreme card. I’ve noticed audio drops randomly on the timeline. Sometimes closing premiere and renaming the initial capture helps reconform the audio and gets rid of the problem. Other time the audio drop is located somewhere else. Is anyone else having this problem?
  I have a gig of memory, 200 Gig of harddrive space. I don’t know what the problem would be. Is there a setting I have to change?

  I’ve seen this a couple of times. When its in the same place in the timeline its usually the audio track that has the problem, not the clip. Try moving the audio clip to a lower track.
