Marker with the asterisk Key… ?
Posted by Uwe Lansing on July 30, 2006 at 10:08 amHi,
if I try to set markers at certain points while listening to the clip by tapping the asterisk key on the numeric keyboard the clip always stops. What I have to do that the Clip is playing continuous without stoping?
regards

July 30, 2006 at 4:19 pmThat should not happen. You really mean the numeric keypad, and not the asterisk on top of the number 8?

July 30, 2006 at 4:34 pmYes, I mean the numeric keypad on the right (in german keyboards is no asterisk key on top of the 8). The markers are also set but the clip always stops. It is APP 2.0 as part of the Production Studio.

July 31, 2006 at 12:04 amI wonder is your version of Windows uses the Asterisk key for something. Perhaps Premiere Pro is losing focus (not the active window anymore) so it stops.

July 31, 2006 at 8:38 amI did also assign different keys for => set Sequence markers in the keyboard customization. But the CTI always jumps back 2-6 frames + stops. Maybe there is a mistake in my system…?
