  Audio playing a faster rate

  I have a question I bring in my audio and find that it is at a faster rate than my video. What might be causeing this. I am lost and still pretty new to the software.

  How do you bring it in? what version of Premiere?

  When does this happen? Playing back on what? is the audio normal and the video slow? Do your project settings match the properties of the audio?
