  Black frame around export ?

  Hey everyone , Im pretty new to Premiere Pro . (used 6 so far)
  and theres somthing I just cant get right.

  when I try to render(export) a video it gives a black frame around it and I cant get rid of it , I want the render to be full screen and not with a frame ..

  The source is DV , 720×480.

  What format are you rendering to ?

  What software are using to view the final footage ?
