  Rendering avi to quicktime

  Hi, I’m using Prem Pro 1.5 and I’m trying to render an avi file into a Quicktime file. Each time I do this the size of the image is really small. I’ve managed to get the Quicktime window to the right size but the actual movie stays small – does this make any sense? What settings should I be using to get a large good quality movie?
