PPRO 2.0 Title Designer Problem
Every time I open the title designer in PPRO 2.0 i get the following window open:
Adobe Title Designer
Unable to open file C:\…\Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0\Presets\Styles\default.prsl
I’ve reinstalled PPRO over and over without success. The title designer works ok but the standard templates and above directory are missing. Any thoughts?

This is the third time I have heard about this in the last two days. Twice via email and now this.
Please tell us where you got the program. Was it a download? In a box? Part of the Production Studio? The Video Bundle? Did you have an earlier version? If so, is it still installed?

It was a stand alone version I purchased off eBay from a reputable seller. It came boxed and sealed. I had used my brothers 1.5 version earlier without any problems. I liked it so much I went ahead and bought 2.0.
There was no prior installation of any trial version on my pc prior to this.
I’ve also sent an email to the seller regarding my problem. I’ve used this seller before without any problems. The program was listed as new and never opened. This really is quite bizarre.

Have you checked the directory to see if the file is there?
It might just be a bad install disk… I would think Adobe would be willing to swap it out if that was the case.

The file is not in the directory and no where to be seen.
I’ve emailed the seller seeking a resolution.

Great news! Returned my copy to the seller who in turn replaced it with a new one. Works like a charm, no problems what so ever. Still at a loss to explain what happened to the templates in my previous copy.
