  What is it? Does in come in the PP 2.0 software? Do I need to get it from somewhere else?

  Dynamic Link only comes with the Production Studio or Video Bundle, not with the individual products.

  It allows a unique and time saving interface between Premiere Pro and After Effects, as well as After Effects and Encore. Basically. clips can be used from After Effects in the other programs without exporting from After Effects first.
