Posted by Matt Burrows on June 4, 2006 at 3:37 am

When I use Media Encoder in an attempt to transcode a timeline to mp2, I get an error message in the second pass of the transcode process that says “exception: Adobe Premier has failed to return a video frame”

Has anyone seen this? Does anybody no how to resolve this issue?

This is aknown issue with 1.5. A 1.51 update fixes this for most.

Also, try updating your media encoder. THere is a patch available on MainConcept’s site.

I’m sorry, I’m having the same problem and am fairly new to 1.5. But what is a 1.51 and how do I get it to fix it? Is it at the Adobe website? Also what is the MainConcepts website?

Sorry about the newby questions but any help would be much appreciated!

    Thanks in advance.
