I have a short animation that I want to encode to mpeg so I can make a VCD with it, but when I export the animation, the encoded movie has horizontal lines running thru it. Anyone else ever have this problem? How do I fix it?

    Thanks
    Shane

A VCD is a legacy format of very low quality and is interlaced for playback on TV.
What is your target audience? PC playback or TV or both?

Its mainly for tv. I do not have a DVD burner, and my DVD player does not support SVCD, so my only option is VCD.

You a kinda limited as there is no way to adjust VCD settings. DVD burners are very cheap…step into the 21st century!
