I’m using Premier Pro 1.5. I have created a .wmv file [666MB] of my 25-min video, and now I want to put it on my web site, and include a still image of the title frame on the web site as part of the link. There is no original still that I got the title from, just a moving image (a few-second shot of the 70th Precinct police station in Brooklyn). So I think I need to make a still from the moving image in my timeline.

    How do I do this?

    Thanks.

The name of the video is “A Window on the Soul: Officer Justin Volpe and The Heart of Darkness”

Place the CTI over the exact spot you want to export and File > Export > Frame. Just use the settings button to make it the way you want it.

A simple Ctrl-Shift-M opens the same dialog window.

Hey Steven, that worked just fine.

My ISP has to upgrade my account to accommodate this big file, and it will take them 24-48 hours to do that.

So, I should be able to upload the new material in that time frame.

If you want to view the result, the site is https://www.thesecularspirit.com

    Thanks again.
