  How can I export using H.264?

  I have a buddy who regularly exports Quicktime videos using the H.264 codec. He uses a Mac and they export in very small file sizes and retain remarkable quality. His video stats are usually along the lines of 15fpps, 320×240, 300kbps.

  When I try to export using H.264 in Premiere Pro the quality is significantly worse than his and the file size is much larger. How can I export a high quality small file using H.264 for quicktime in Premiere?

  Quicktime Pro seems to do a better job than PP2 for encoding H264.
