If you go to the download section of Adobe’s website, there is a fix for clip note audio posted.

Larry,

Did this fix your issue? I have seen this issue before and it usually means there is a discrepancy between your export setting and the master audio track of your sequence. So I’m curious if this is something that was fixed in the new presets as I thought they addressed a different issue altogher.

This fixed my problem, along with making sure the audio was correct on the timeline regarding stereo/mono
