    Hey friends!

    Ok, I’m color correcting DV video using the Color Corrector effect in Premiere Pro 1.0. I’m using the Limiter within that effect with the following settings to keep things legal:

    Luma Max = 100
    Chroma Min = 0
    Chroma Max = 100
    System = NTSC
    Method = Reduce Luma

    The waveform looks great. Nothing above 100 or below 7.5 IRE. Then I render the clip. Lo and behold, when it’s rendered, the waveform reads values on the clip well over 110 and below 0 IRE. What happened?

    Thanks!
