  HELP..cda file

  HELP..I am on a deadline and I am trying to put my music in..It is from a local band, When I listen to it and save it on my editer (I am using Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5) it says it is a .cda file.
  When I try to import it it says it is unsupported or damaged…I can load into the project .wav files into but the music I need to use is .cda ,,,how in the world do I either get the Adobe to except the .cda or convert this into a file that it will except??
  I really need help FAST!!

  .cda files are from a Redbook audio CD and cant be copied or used from the CD directly…the music must be ripped. Use Window’s Media Player to do this, but get into the options first and set the Quality slider to High.
