  Removing camera motor noise

  Is it possible to remove unwanted camera motor noise from my videos,but at the same time not degrading the quality of the “good audio” as well?

  No. And my guess is you knew that before you asked.

  The question is really “How much will it degrade?” isn’t it?

  Use Adobe Audition. It has a noise removal feature that lets you decide just how much to remove.
