  Transcoding and Burning…

  Why? Why is it so difficult? I have gone through all of the Adobe forum steps to burn a project onto a DVD and it doesn’t work. That is all I want to do.

  Can someone give me a fool proof way of doing this?

  Steven. It’s Brad Dal Bon. I would be pulling my hair out if I had any. I have turned off other software. I have downloaded things to stop the “out of memory” issue. What else is there besides throwing my new computer in the trash?

  I suggest you try burning a short AVI to MPEG2. If that works try writing to a DVD-RW. If that works, export your entire sequence to a DV AVI and then transcode that.

  Post your error messages here. Maybe someone will recognize them.
