I used audition to import a video clip to work on the clean up the audio and conver it into a mono track, when done I exported as video. When I import the clip back into PPro and insert the clip into the timeline, it sounds and looks fine but I get no audio file showing up in Audio 1? Its like the aud and vid has become one. Any help on how i can use audtion to clean it up keep it synched and still how the audio in PPro?

Are you sure the audio didn’t go down to a track that you can’t see without scrolling. It is not possible to have sound without actually having an audio track.

You are correct sir audio track for what ever reason is in Audio channel 4, any reason to why this happens? or any way to correct to go to Audio channel 1? not that it would seem to make a differance that I can think of. Thanks Steve

It is probably a mono track, and the first three audio tracks are probably stereo. You can not put mono on a stereo track.
