Anyone encounter this one. When making a new title (I use ctrl + G) it gave me this error:
    [\dev\starsky\MediaLayer\Src\VideoFrame\VideoFrameManipulators.cpp-138]

Premiere does recover from this error, lets me save, but you need to restart the program if you want to use the titler.

Pentium 4 2.8 ghz, 1 gig ram, plenty o’ disk space. PPro 1.5 with latest update.

Project files on external drive if that makes a difference.

    Thanks

    Mike

    [Mike Cohen] “(I use ctrl + G)”
Do you have a third party capture card? Ctrl+g does nothing for me, F9 is the shortcut for new title.

no, no third party capture card. It also happens if you hit new title from the bin. I guess I set ctrl+G because it is similar to Media 100.

I would try deleting Premiere’s preference file…hold down the Shift and Ctrl keys while launching Premiere, then reset your preferences. Failing that, reinstall Premiere.
