When using vector paint to key out a moving object I usually zoom in and out line the subject\object is there a way to just fill the inside if I have a solid outline?

My mistake, Mea Culpa,I thought vector Paint would turn the interior of you Vector Paint Stokes into an Alpha, and the I thought Effect > Render > Paint bucket could fill that Alpha.
I original said Fill, not Paint Bucket. Well I was wrong in so many ways, but below is a way to use Paint bucket with your Vector Paint stokes of the outline, and it seems to work, but might be to cumbersome or too much of a hack for you or not satisfactory results.

On your vector Vector Paint layer
    Vector Paint
    Current Frame
    As Matte

Pre compose the Vector paint layer – Layer Precompose – Move All Attributes

Then in the now Precomposed layer, use the Paint Bucker Effect.
Fill Point to within the bounds of you previous Vector Paint Stroke(s) (you might need to animate (keyframe) the Fill Point to keep it within the bounds for that frame)
    Color & Alpha
    Tolerance until it fills middle
    Color to White

Set the Layers transfer Mode to Stencil Alpha (not within the Plugin, but to the layer it’s self)

You end up almost there, but an thin blackish outlines of your stroke are visible, so back in the Paint Bucket Plugin,
Change the Stroke dropdown to Spread and tweak that slider that appears, until that outline disappears.
