  Windows 64 restarts in AE 7.0

  Since I first started using the After effects 7.0 and Premiere pro 2.0
  the computer restarts and comes back with an error message: Windows has recovered from a serious error.Before I was using the previous version of both programs and had no problems.I tried to reformat the PC but the same error message comes up.
  Can you help me on this?
