    Hi guys!

Please help me with this workflow issue that keeps slowing me down!

I like to work only with my keyboard (not the mouse) because it’s a lot faster. But everytime I have to do something with the timeline, I have to grab the mouse and click on the timeline to make it active. After that I can continue working with my keyboard, but it really breaks my workflow that I have to use the mouse in the middle of editing.

Is there any way to activate the timeline from the keyboard? Or do I really have to use the mouse to do it? If you know a better way (a keyboard shortcut or such) to activate the timeline, please tell me! This would help me a lot!

Hi – CTRL+TAB should do it for you. It allows you to cycle between the Monitor, Project and Timeline windows.

    Cheers,
