I have a problem importing tga sequence in PPro. When I import it, it’s black. I can see the picture in Photoshope, but in PPro not. Does anybody knows why?

    Tnx

Did you create an alpha channel in the Targa files? Try using the Interpret Footage dialog in Premiere Pro to ignore the alpha channel.

I didn’t create this targa, I got it from outside. I tried interpreting but it doesn’t help.
But I did try this: I imported targa as single frame and it’s normal, but when I try to import it as a sequeance (Numbered stills) it’s black…

Don’t know what to say. I tested a simple Targa sequence out of AE 6.5 at 32-bit (so it had alpha), and it worked fine in Premiere Pro 1.5.

If you have Photoshop, maybe you could just run a batch convert on the files and make them into TIFF or PSD files.
