  Freeze Frames when capturing from VHS via a DV converter.

  I am using a DV converter (Miglia Director’s Cut) to convert a VHS video to Digital onto my PC.
  I am getting a freeze frame at the last frame between most edits (or cuts) on the VHS.

  I am guessing it could be a time code issue, or the tapes could be really old, or does the converter just have a hard time when there is a change of scene, i.e. too much info, which caUses the hic-up?
