  • How do I make “True Font” Quotation Marks and Apostrophes in the Titler?

Posted by Dowhite on September 19, 2005 at 6:42 pm

I’ve made some titles with Title Tool in PPro 1.5. The titles have quotation marks and apostrophes that appear as “tick marks” (straight up and down) and not as “curly-q’s”. A Graphic Designer friend said that I need to make them “true font” or perhaps “true text” so they have the classic curl to them. The font I’m using is Adobe Caslon Pro. Is there a way to do this with this font? Or do I have to choose another font to make the marks?

    Thanks!
