  question with dv date

  hello. in reading the posts, it looked like dv date was the way to go with premiere and timecode. however, i’m stumped, because i have a 24pa project and when i try to use dv date with it, the time code is not in alighnment with the premiere timecode. in fact its off by more than 10%. suggestions? thanks in advance.
