  How do you create Saving Private Ryan Hand Motion Jitter Effect?

  How do you create the handheld camera motion like in Saving
  Private Ryan? My project needs a little spicing up.

  Zoom into the video (scale property) and randonly keyframe the position characteristic at fast intervals.
