I flopped out an older 128mb card (cant remember what type)for a 256mb Radeon 9200 series video card, however Ive been having some issues now with my 24 projects? What would be considered the best video card to use for this program if you wanted to use dual mointers. Does it matter?

The Matrox RT.x 100 xtreme pro is a great and absolutely reliable video card at about 900 $. It offers great real-time performance, plenty of capabilities when working with Premiere Pro plus the company has great support. If you are looking for something more professional but much more expensive, you should check out Matrox AXIO and you will be absolutely amazing. In both cases “feed” your machine with RAM, fast hard disks and pay attention to proper ventilation and cooling of the system.

What kind of problems are you having? When you say 24 projects do you mean 24P? Changing your video display should have minimum impact, but you have to follow some guidelines, did you remove the old video drivers before installing the ATI drivers, this is causes alot of impact, If you didn’t, remove both the ATI drivers and the old drivers, reboot and reload the ATI drivers and see if that helps, also make sure you have the latest ATI drivers.
