  trouble exporting from 1.5

  i have premier 1.5 2 gig of ram 2 x 200 gig drives
  . basically i have this to create demo reels for clients to view. my demos are generally 7-10 minutes long. My orginal footage is mostly 35mm and HD converted to dvd at one of the local post houses. I take the dvd and rip my footage for post and create demos for clients.
  Problem: i get an erro message that i’m out of memory and i’m only exporting 4 minutes of video. the most I can export is 2 minutes before i run out of memory. Also the dvd I play back is of poor quality even for a demo reel. any suggestions?
