Somehow I popped that effects control window out as its own window, rather than sitting as a tab on the left window in the monitor. Any idea how to get it back in there? Thanks.

Choose Window (menu bar) and then Effects Controls…

Thanks, but I may not have been clear. I know how to open the effects window, but it used to be inside of the Monitor window, as a tab next to Clips. Any idea how to get it back in so it’s a sub-tab on the Monitor window, rather than its own free-floating window?

Drag it back into the general area of the Tabs – I think.

or Use your Windows ‘Workspace’ to restore it tback to what you had set up beforehand.
