  The Gradient Wipe transition has a lot of customisable possibilities which are exploited by Pixelan. See https://www.pixelan.com/sm25/intro.htm

  good plugin for the transition effects, if there is plugin that i just drop
  it to the timeline & it will do me some cool transition…

  The Transitions are already in Premiere. You do not need additional plug-ins for cool transitions.
