  Green & Purple Lines

  Hi,
  When I export my movie out to PAL MS DV, using Mainconcept 2.4.11, there are certain scenes that have faint green & purple lines showing up over the white portions of the movie.

  My friend said it may be due to Windows Media player not playing back properly as it doesn’t have the codec.

  Or maybe this is something to do with interlacing and won’t show up on TV? It’s not the jagged lines during movement though.

  Has anyone seen this?

  Don, are the lines vertical or horizontal? Are they on edges of objects with a white background or over the entire white area?

  Hi,
  They are horizontal, and are throughout the frame.
  I’d show you a screen shot, but they are so faint on premiere, it’s hard to show.

  Hi again Don. Next question then, do they show on your TV or just your computer monitor?
