    Is there a way to bypass conforming until I have edited my input. I only use 5% of the input video and find conforming a big annoyance.

    Not yet, no. I suggest that you put in a feature request. I seldom use on-camera sound, and it is just a section of the hard drive that really is wasted.

    Yea I hate conforming..gave me big problems with two video interviews I did not too long ago. Oh well wish list time.

    god yeah,
    i am coming up against this for the fist time – doing a wedding video for a cousin, and with 3hs of material, the conforming is a large pain in the butt.
    i hope they fix that!
