  Plural Eye XML Premiere Pro import fail

  Hi
  I used plural eye to sync my video and I chose export to premiere pro, then I import the XML to my premiere pro project but it shows import fail like below screen cap
  
  I dun know why and how to fix it? Any method to fix it?

  Tried all the obvious things like, just trying again, rebooting etc?
