    Hi there,

I’m using a trial version of Pluraleyes 3 with a view to buy the full version, however, when loading clips and audio into bins, I’m getting the error message “Audio Extraction Failed”…

I’ve looked at the Red Giant website and they reference this error message (though not in specific detail), which they claim has been resolved in a recent update, however, I installed this trial version long after the update was released so can’t see how that would be the problem.

I’m on a Macbook Pro i7 using Premiere Pro CS6. The clips are h.264 native 5D mk2 footage and run up to 10 minutes and audio is a mono WAV which runs at about 30 minutes.

Would greatly appreciate your advice on the matter.

    Cheers,

    Nick

I encountered the same problem with the trial version. I was in a hurry and it was a simple two camera shoot with separate sound so I just synced it by hand.

I trust that it will works as was about the buy the full version but the RedGiant web site is not responding at this moment.

I hope someone responds to this thread because I’m sure I’ll need an answer too.
