Is there a way to transfer markers from the master files into the multiclips made by PluralEyes? Using version 2.0.2.

I am encountering issues where the markers that are placed on the master clips are not present in the final multiclip made by PluralEyes. But if I use FCP’s built-in multiclip function, the markers do pass through to the resulting multiclip.

Example of our workflow. We have an interview shot with two cameras and audio recorded on H4N. All footage is ProRes 422. We placed camera one on V1, A1, A2. The second camera is on V2, A3, A4. Audio movie file (exported as self-contained QuickTime w/black slug for video) is placed on V3, A5, A6. Use PluralEyes to sync. The resulting synced timeline is then sent to PE to create a multiclip.

Note: the synced timeline made by PE does contain markers, however they do not transfer to the resulting multiclip. Also the PE synced timeline contain clips and markers that are not actually linked to the real master clip. If we highlight a clip in the PE synced timeline and select “reveal master clip [Shift+F],” Final Cut can not find the actual master clip.

    Any advice would be appreciated.
