  TV’s “no signal” effect

  I want to do this: first there’s that black and white “no signal” video and then it fades to real footage. How I do that black and white thing? I mean that with black and white dots moving everywhere. Or something similiar.

  And also I want that the noise fades to picture like in this trailer. The spot is almost in beginning. Just before the scene where a woman is brushing hers hair in the mirror: https://www.thering-themovie.com/dvdfeatures.htm

  So first theres that noise and then those “stripes” are jumping on the screen and then comes the real picture.
