  Turbulent Displace Bug?

  I am trying to create a looping video with turbulent displace effect added. For some reason, using evolution, 0x00 is not the same as 1×00.

  
  

  Any help? I’m wondering if it is a bug or if I am missing something very simple.

  well…keep going until it lines back up…maybe 2x or 3x…etc

  Yeah, it doesn’t. It is different at each point and isn’t similar to any cycle. It is extremely frustrating. Same thing occurs with Turbulent Displace in Premiere.
