  Tunnel or wormhole effect

  I go to alot of events with youth and the promo videos they show always have segments where it seems like you are traveling through a tunnel or a wormhole. Could someone give me advice on how to recreate this. Whether by tutorial or just point me in the right direction.

  Any advice would be appreciated.
