Oil Paint effect in AE: is there one like Photoshop?
Does anyone know if there’s a descent third-party Oil Paint filter in AE that can match the Photoshop CC Oil Paint? Would greatly appreciate any link/info, thank you!

If you would want to recreate the effect by yourself, a good basis in After effects might be the CC Vector Blur effect, with type set to “Direction Fading”
