  After Effects crashing problem.

  How to solve After Effects crashing problem. I cant do anything because its always crashing not responding i cant even switch it off its blocks my laptop everything its not working. Any suggestions what to do?

  What are you doing when it crashes?

  What are your system specs? Any third-party plugins? Have you tried resetting your preferences?

  When it crashes i trying to restart it but still the same. My system specs is :

  Lenovo-PC

  Intel(R) Core (TM) i-34030U CPU @ 1.90 GHz 1.90

  GHz

  Installed RAM 4 GB

  64-bit Operating system, x64 – based processor

  No third party plugins

  What exactly do i have to reset in a preferences?

  Your computer doesn’t meet the minimum specs for After Effects. The requirements call for 8 GB of RAM, and you have only 4 GB.

  You can try resetting your preferences by holding Ctrl+Alt+Shift while launching After Effects.
