  Tie Dye Animation

  Hello Everyone,

  Does anyone have any suggestions as to how this animation could be achieved in After Effects? It may involve Photoshop.

  I second that, but would add in a CC Glass effect for those glossy shimmers (or CC Mr. Mercury). Also, instead of Vegas you could also use Colorama – either would do the trick. These two take the gray scale levels of the animating noise and turn them into colors based on your preferences.
