  Applying Color Correction

  Is there a way in After Effects, similar to many 3D softwares, to “bake in” certain effects such as color corrections and keylight, short of rendering out the clip as a new file?

  You can pre-render layers so you don’t have to deal with relinking, but you’re still creating new media.
