  Psychedelic Still Frame Animation

  Good evening guys.
  Texting you for help.

  I try to achieve this effect with after effect,(https://i.imgur.com/EbTL3AX.gif)
  on the image i produces my self (https://ibb.co/84crtwW) but unfortunately failing hard

  Was assuming that
  animating opacity via 4 rescaled frames, might gonna bring me to that result.

  Any suggestions of how to dill with that one ?

  Ive seen a lot of these around the internet. It is made with a specific program that I forgot the name of. I would think I could get similar results with the liquify tool. As it really just seems to be pushing the geometry in a 2 second looped pattern

  I found a software. but unfortunately it is only for Win, and I am working on Mac.
  So i am searching for the solution inside AF.
  Count on the liquify tool, indeed got some good result. But for a complete image I need the effect shown in the example.
  Any suggestion… would be really appreciated
