    Hey,

I’ve been trying to solve this problem for 2 days and can’t figure out how to do it properly

I’ve a scene where I need to track the warning sign of the cigarette box and I want to make it disappear.

The part that I’m touching starting at this frame when the cigarette box’s edge appearing

    So,

I choose a part from the footage that i can see the whole box,

    screenshot_1.png

    brush the sign out

    screenshot_2.png

    mask it

    screenshot_3.png

then i went to mocha to track the original clip

    mocha2.png

export it with AE corner pic motion blur and copy it into the PS png image 1080p as the project settings and this happens

I don’t really know if i’m doing this in the proper way ( probably not ), I’m a beginner so don’t judge too much ☺

    Thank you!

I accidentally flagged the guy who responded me while i tried to replay him and it has deleted his message haha sorry

Can you look at my project? because i’m pretty sure that i did what you told me,

when i copy mocha’s corner pin to the image, it’s scales and rotates the image..

Sure, upload the project. I don’t mind.

But by looking at your SS I can see you mistook what I said about it being 1080p. You have to make a distortion of your clean plate to make itself 1080p. Standart corner pin data/usage transformes a 1080p plane into the pins position. copy and paste that corner pin to a 1080p solid and you’ll understand what I mean.

Yeah, now I understand you. ☺

Do you have an advice how do I make my clean plate itself a 1920×1080?

Maybe I shouldn’t even use the mask i’ve made and use a picture from google?

    ????

Use the least amount you’ll need. Just paint a feathered dark blue on the botton and adjust as needed to remove the warning, you’ll have instant feedback if you open two viewports.

You can also use the “Align Surface” workflow in Mocha to set your tracked surface to be the full frame. This allows you to create your clean frame at the full frame resolution in context to the frame you want to paint.

This video covers the general workflow. Even though this covers the Insert Module workflow, the same workflow will work with Mocha AE and corner pins.
