  Gif Color background fail

  Hi everyone.
  Im trying to do a book that turn 360 degrees, its all ok, export to video file and thats everything cool. but my client ask me to send the GIF file of the video, the problem I have notice when i export the gif its the background color it isn’t white.
  ¿What could be the problem here?
  ¿A profile color wrong?

  send them what you can…forget the gif..
