  Question about an AE effect/transition

  Hello!

  Does anyone recognize the effect used at 26 sec.mark ? It’s also used at 0:47, 0:50 and 0:35. Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ETKAYRzvjs&feature=youtu.be

  I don’t think it was done manually, but some transition/distortion effect, Sapphire or Universe plugins. I would appreciate any feedback on what or how to make that effect (I’ve attached a reference link to the image below)
